Refund policy
Due to nature of the prepared food products sold, returns cannot be accepted. Eligible refunds and exchanges are for: (1) damaged and/or opened food packaging due to store error, (2) product freshness due to store error, and (3) wrong product being sent. Refunds may be issued in the form of store credit or credit back to the original payment method based on customer preference.
Send any refund and exchange requests with name, order number, delivered product photo(s), and reason for the refund or exchange to guiltysnacking@gmail.com . Requests without complete information cannot not be honored.
